Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
At AgatDirect.com, our commitment to you is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with our products and services. We promise to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition to your door. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us and we will make every attempt to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Return Policy: The following items may be returned for a refund:
• Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packaging
• Merchandise that has not been installed
• Defective merchandise (Can be exchange for the same product.)
• Merchandise that has been mispacked or shipped incorrectly
• All returned orders must be over a $15.00 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
*Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
*Exchanges can only be made within 60 days of receiving your product(s)
*A 15% restocking/exchange fee will be charged on all returned/exchanged merchandise, unless defective.
• We will process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AgatDirect.com. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be intact, in its original packaging and free from scratches and defects. Pricing or Typographical Errors:
AgatDirect.com strives to provide you with the most accurate pricing and product information. In the event that a pricing or typographical error may occur, AgatDirect.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We will contact you for further instructions in order to effectively make needed changes.
Quantity Limitations:
AgatDirect.com reserves the right to limit quantities on all products we sell. Our intention is to sell house pack quantities and therefore that is the way we stock product. If you have a special request please contact us and we will try to find a way to meet your needs.
Product Finishes/Colors:
We have made all efforts to provide you with sample finishes and colors to help you choose your product. As “actual colors” will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual colors of the product.
